Can I have a ppp…
A few years ago I was in a abusive relationship… he was also abusing my children but I didn’t know that… until he nearly killed my daughter by shaking her… she was in ICU for a few weeks but has fully recovered now.. he could sometimes try and be a bit bossy with the kids but I always put him in his place even if it resulted in me getting the abuse. I’d never seen him hit any of them etc. (Not their dad but had been there since I had the one he hurt)
It was obviously arrested as was I (I wasn’t there when it happened and they soon found that out) social services removed the kids while investigation was on going into FC and I went to all my contacts/meetings. I had obviously left him as soon as it came to light it was non accidental too. I was told I had to do numerous courses which I did do, and completed, and have all my paper work to prove it. The court decided the kids had to live with my parents under SGO but I could live there too.. sooo I do everything with the kids and I’m just like a normal mum but for obvious reasons I want the SGO reversed, I’m greatful for what my parents have done but everything has been going so well even social services closed the case 6+ months ago… they have said they won’t agree to me having the kids for atleast another 5 years 😠 and if I take it to court they will remove the kids from my mum?! Can they do that??? Please ladies I need advice
