Can i have a private post…
My son who has just turned 5 has become a nightmare.. He’s always had trouble sleeping and has never slept through the night.. and the last 3 weeks he become scared to be left on his own… as soon as I mention bed he panics and starts crying.. he won’t go upstairs on his own.. neither be left in a room on his own.. this morning I asked him to go upstairs and get some trousers for his school bag and he become very upset and started to panic.. I’m finding it so hard to get through to him.. does anyone know if this could be anxiety.. help x
