Can this be private please

Hi ladies, I am really looking for some advice on my 9yr old. For the last month or so she has been having awful nightmares, refusing to go upstairs by herself in the day to the point she is holding in going to the loo. We seem to have made going upstairs easier for her as the last two days she had but night time us awful. She used to be a great sleeper but now every slight noise every shadow has her scared. I’m also not talking little bit scared I’m talking to the point of dripping wet with sweat, peeing the bed (not being able to move for fear) heart absolutely racing and being sick. I have tried talking with her, making bed time fun, reading stories, reassuring her that she’s okay. I’ve just sat for an hour with her calming her down. I really don’t know what else to do.
