Can I have a private post please, I’m 28 and a mother of 4, youngest bein 4yo, iv noticed the last few months my hair falling out, not in clumps just like in the plug hole after washing my hair or after I dry it there is hair everywhere, I also noticed how thin it’s gotten wen I hold it in my hand, iv always had long thick here from the age of 12 so it’s really gettin me down, I’m so scared to go to the doctors iv bein puttin it off but I have an appointment for next week, just wondering if any of you mums have experienced this or might no what it looks to be, is it stress related hair loss, does it look like alopecia? I think I’m balding 😢😢 pic attached
