Could you post please – im 12 weeks 3 days pregnant. First baby and im getting a bit worried about my lower back and hip pain. It hurts all the time not enough to like make me cry in pain but just like aches and all…bar a pregnancy pillow and painkillers what ways are they to ease it abit? I didnt realise you can get back ache this early on..tia xo
