Hi could you please post.
I would like some advice please.
My daughter will be 2 in 16 days time. Her bedtime routine has gone out the window. She use to go bed at 7pm till 9.30am but since she turned 15 months old it’s been really hard to get her to go to sleep. She will fight it for hours on end. She stopped having a bedtime milk when she was 1. She will have water through the day and a small cup of water before she finally gives in. She will have 1 nap in the day for 2hours. Don’t get me wrong once she asleep that’s it till morning. But some nights she not going sleep till gone 2am.
