I was wondering if someone could shed some light. My friends step daughter is moving from england to Scotland mid year. However she has already moved and has not been offered a place for a school in scotland. SHe is in limbo right now as she has left england (personal reasons) to go stay in scotland with the other parent. Will this be an issue as currently she is out of school and it could take a while before she is offered a place. TIA
