Looking for some advice.
My partner has a child from a previous relationship,
He isn’t on the birth certificate and doesn’t have set days,
Well he does but doesn’t always get his child on his days, a lot of messing about
He has everything written on his phone with dates and things of what’s been going on when he has his child and when he’s been told no,
He pays her every month also,
He’s looking to take her to court, to get on the birth certificate and have his set days,
Would it be best to have all the details hand written to show in court?
