Could you post for me please? Well for my husband! He has a daughter from a previous relationship and he has never been able to find out if he’s on the birth certificate his ex isn’t the easiest person to deal with and he doesn’t want to be stopped from seeing his daughter, is there anyway to find out if he’s on it without the mum knowing? She will just kick off, she cheated loads when they were together were wondering if she’s trying to hide something 🙁 thank you x

If he is unsure he can phone up and make an appointment to go see the registry office if he is on the birth certificate he will be allowed a copy if he isnt they will deny him access to it xx
Was he married to her? If he wasn’t married to her he can’t be on the birth certificate without going with her to register the birth.
Anyone can request a copy of a birth certificate just phoned the registry office and order one – or go in and ask to see it. They are public documents so anyone can see them
Just go into the registry office and request a copy xx if hes not on it they wont give him one x
Surely he would remember signing her birth certificate?
