So I have split up with my partner, we was due to move to a new property at the end of the month, but I can’t handle living with him anymore so told him I’ll be moving with my little boy on my own.
He now wants to go to court and get 50% of his time. My little boy (6months old) is my left arm, I do and pay everything for him! He cuddles him when he’s happy and I do everything else! I can’t stand the thought of him having him 3nights in a row without me (he can’t currently put him to bed because he doesn’t know what he likes). He says in court what I say doesn’t matter and he’ll get 50% standard.
I don’t know what to do, I dread the thought of it….is he right in saying I have no say on the matter in court?….
