Can I have a post please?

I think I may be having a miscarriage 😞

Started Monday evening. Bleeding quite heavily with lots of big clots. Spoke to Health Visitor yesterday who made an appointment with GP for me. Saw GP today and she just said it’s probably an infection and gave me antibiotics.
I had a baby less than a year ago and exclusively breastfeeding. It’s definitely NOT a period. I had a womb infection after having baby and had big clots then but there’s lots more this time. I keep feeling like I’ve wet myself and feel a gushing sensation – rush to loo and pad is soaked through again, 60-90 mins after changing it. Also have to keep changing underwear/pyjamas/bed sheets as soaking through.
Got quite bad stomach and back pains/cramps. Can’t take anything except paracetamol, as I’m breastfeeding, but it’s doing nothing. Using a hot water bottle too.
Health Visitor and GP don’t seem to be concerned so not sure what to do.
