Can I have a pp please?

Okay, I try and keep this as short as possible! I’m 3 weeks postpartum and I’m experiencing some symptoms that I never had after having my first. Some are normal like, daily headaches due to lack of sleep and lower tummy pains due to uterus contracting etc but the ones I’m a bit worried about are that I’m a little constipated and have loads of wind (only over the last few days) I have an aching pain under my ribs that goes right across (had for about 3-4 days) and I’ve had chest pains on my left side under my boob which hurts worse when I breathe in (had it twice since yesterday)

Went to the Drs complaining of leg ache and headaches and she’s given me painkillers and saying the leg pain is sciatica so I’m not worried about that now, but these new symptoms have just cropped up and I generally don’t feel myself.

I thought it was because of a lack of sleep and adjusting to a second baby, but now I’m thinking it might be something more?

A little about my birth: normal delivery, (only laboured for 1 an hour and a half👍🏻) 2nd degree tear that was stitched up, I’m still bleeding although it is easing, I’m on fragmin injections 2x a day because I was a high risk pregnancy, diagnosed with GDM at 38 weeks so delivered at 39 weeks, blood test to check for GDM is next week but my blood profiling has been fine.

So sorry for the long post but can anyone shed any light or have you experienced something similar? Thanks x
