Can i have a ppp😁

I have a 7 month old and since having him my periods aint been in order yet still had one once a month but havent had one now for about 6/7 weeks, i have taken a few tests and all have been negative but i sort of feel pregnant, had a few cramps, mood swings have changed and smells seem to be a lot stronger and making me gag but i dno if thats just in my head because of the worry.. anyone had a similar situation?? Or know what i may be??
