Can I have a private post please my son who’s 13 is going on a residential trip for 3 nig hts for good behaviour and work at school his best Friend is also going on the same trip which I paid for as his mums fallen on hard times I don’t mind told her I don’t want the money back anyway a letter stating that children must bring £5 per day for tuck shop and activities my sons friend came for tea yesterday and stated his mum can’t afford any pocket money for him to take I really want to help my question is how do I go about it do I give my son extra money to spend on him or do I just offer help I really don’t want her to feel bad that I’m helping out again as I’ve paid for her son to go I don’t mind helping but I don’t want her to feel useless she’s fallen on hard times and I’m more the happy to help again
