Can you do a private post for me please. About 30 min ago my 4 year old come outside with me whilst I took my bins out ready for morning collection. He sat on his swing whilst I took the bins out down the alley (I dont leave my kids unattended when I leave the house. He usually stands just outside the door but he asked to sit on his swing) I heard him crying so I ran back and he had fallen and smacked his head off pure concrete. The back of his head. He has a huge bump. He seems fine and doesnt seem affected. No blood. No sick. He seems fine. Hes walking fine. Running around as he does as he gets all hyped up before bed. But hes due to go to bed any min and I am going out of my mind. Do I ring a&e. Do I take him or do I let him just go to bed as normal. This has never happened before so im unsure.

I would get it checked out. Maybe call 111 for advice x
I personally would go to a & e just because there could be a hidden head injury
Better to be safe than sorry 🙂 x
