Could i have a private post please. Im currently a first time mum 32 weeks pregnant with twins and i just went to the toilet and wiped and there was fresh blood on the tissue. I haven’t had any pain or knocked my bump as far as im aware. Twin 1 is head down and twin 2 has been very active all day. Just looking for a bit of advice as to what to do. Thank you very much
