Long post and possible TMI

I’ve had nexplanon for 6 years had regular periods for last 5 months always on the second week of the month, had it removed on the 29th may have had unprotected sex most nights since as TTC baby number 2! Last cycle began on the 14th may and was due this months cycle on the 12-13th this month… no period but today and yesterday I have been experiencing cramping and spotting but very little, light pink to brown no fresh blood, should I wait until this stops to take another pregnancy test? I had a very faint positive last week but been negative since then
