Hey I just wanted to know how long it takes for your boobs to go back to normal after having a baby.. my lb is 4 days old and I woke up in bits with them and destroyed in milk completely or is they anything I can do to sooth soreness… and does it take long for the bleeding to stop after having so many stitches? x

I wore a sports bra and pads all day everyday and night for about 3 weeks, mine where only sore for a day or two.. but I wasn’t breastfeeding…I had a c section and I stopped after 7/8 weeks…took ages ha x
Strange but try cabbage put it in your bra it’s sooths Soreness it works wonders trust me!! I have had two and it’s works x
As for the bleeding mine stopped about a week after having my son and had stitches too. Will be a little tender for at least few weeks but just keep eye on them. I didn’t breastfeed and my boobs were so sore jeez the pain so wore a sports bra and put pads in at night and changed in morning. I tried frozen or chilled cabbage leaves but ran out so used frozen potato smiles 😂 hope it helps x
Cabbage leaves put them in the freezer then use them to sooth
Are you breastfeeding? If not I’ve heard that cabbage leaves help to stop them filling xx
