Hi could I have a private post please

I’ve recently bought a home with my husband and we will be moving quite soon. Currently in a house owned by family members and they hope to sell really fast. I’m wondering if anyone had experience of fast buyers and if they received the worth of the home. They don’t intend to make a profit as such just want the buying price. Thanks
