Please can I have a private post – I am 26 and have two children 2&4 from a previous relationship. I have been with my current partner 17 months, in the last year we’ve had two miscarriages. We said after having the miscarriages we would have no more children he has two children 13&9 he’s 35. Anyways we both got a shock this week I’ve just found out I’m pregnant, I’ve been on the pill for the last 4/5 months. He wants me to get to an abortion. I’ve said I want to keep the baby, he said he feels like I’ve trapped him and lied to him, he said he can’t trust me. Since finding out I’m pregnant he’s been drinking every night. Last night he came round drunk, I told him to go to bed to sleep it off. We ended up snogging and it leading to that and he pushed me away and said he can’t do it. He can’t even look at me. I feel like I’ve absolutely changed him in the last two days he’s depressed and is adamant he still wants me to get a termination. I’ve told him I’m keeping the baby as I can’t put myself through an abortion. It would torture me mentally. I’m gutted things have gotten so bad with him. I asked if he’s okay he keeps saying nope I’ve said in till it will get better he’s said it won’t. He says he cant afford another financially as you don’t get tax credits for your third. Will Will he come around? Is it hard with three children under 5 doing it alone if he walks away :/
