Pp please, my 2 year olds just woke me up screaming at the top of her lungs An when I went in she I was stood up in her room scratching at her eyes whilst still asleep, it took me so long to wake her up and her eyes have swelled cos the scratching, do any mums have any tips at all how to help night terrors cos I never ever want to see her like that again worst thing I’ve ever witnessed I cannot stop shaking 😩😭😭
