Private post please can anyone give me tips on bed time routines I bath brush thr re teeth read them a story there 6+4 and share a room every. Night they ignore me run around the room get books roll on the beds argue shout throw stuff iv got black out blinds the lot there waking there 8. Month sister every. Night and iv tried reward charts taking there fave toys the lot I put them to bed at half 7 there wide awake run ring arguing woke there sister up twice I’m also 8 weeks pregnant and poorly and there dad left me 3 weeks ago I’m struggling so much any advice will be great thanks
