My little girl is 3 since xmas she has been on and off sick and diareah , having both during the night to resulting in accidents on the bed .. she is her normal self eating drinking playing have took her to doctor who says she fine coz she still eating and drinking but I’m getting really concerned now as it’s still happening and she keeps saying her tummy is sore 😢 has any other mums had this with their little ones xxx
