4 year old has started peeing/pooping himself again 😩
Had a terrible time toilet training him in the first place, he was dry all through the night since 2 but not completely trained during the day till 3 and a half. He’s been accident free for about 7 months now and he’s just started all this again.
I’m so so upset, don’t know how to deal with this. Tried asking him why he does it etc and he says he doesn’t know, or just ignores me completely. tried sticker charts, rewarding him other ways with sweets and toys etc in the past. I’m considering punishing him for doing it now but worried that’s going to make things worse. We had an early years development worker helping us before but even she didn’t understand what was going on, then when he got the hang of it she stopped coming.
I feel like I’m back to square 1, and with him starting a new nursery in a few weeks I’m already worrying he’s going to get bullied. Don’t know what else to do, does anyone having any advice or been through similar experiences? 😩
