Admin Monitoring- Please keep comments helpful
Can I get a ppp?
Very disgusting thing I’m doing…..I know please don’t say it…..my anxiety is through the roof can’t control it, need advise? I’ve got emotionally unstable personality disorder and I’m struggling to the point I bite my feet……like seriously bite them? I need to stop. Someone help me please 😪

Have you tried a different kind of distraction? If you need to bite something (and I know this might sound stupid) but what about baby teething toys so you don’t do damage but can still bite? Xx
Have you tried putting a polish on that tastes gross which is to stop you biting your nails, might be worth a shot x
I don’t have any advice other than after a first glance I thought this was a child’s foot😂🙈
Aww sorry to hear your struggling. Have you got somebody support around you? Are you able I go and see the doctor? If your on any medication might it need reviewing. Hope you get something sorted 💖
