PPP, I was in court last week for the judgement of my daughters allegation against her father. The judge found no findings in the abuse but did find my ex to be aggressive, threatening and violent. He’s now ordered cafcass to do a section 7 and talk to my daughters My 5 year old isn’t daft and knew what’s going on I mildly explained what’s happening now and she went into meltdown, distraught, crying and screaming that she didn’t want to see him ever again. I’m petrified cafcass will give him contact as that’s how it’s looking. She’s come such a long way she’s finally going back into the happy confident little girl she was before the allegation but now the fact she might have to see her dad is frightening her x
