Me and.my ex have two children age 8 & 5, we broke up in 2015 and he agreed to have the kids every.other weekend (4times a month) for the past few months there been.issues with him keeping up arrangements I.e times picking kids up late and dropping them home early, so this weekend he can’t pick them up till sat morning, I have said not a problem drop them back Monday but he wants to drop them back on Sunday tea time, I have said he’s ment to have 48 hours with the children not 24, he’s response is he is still seeing them on the weekend as sat and Sundays are weekends Friday’s are not, and he won’t have extra time with them to make up for missing Friday night, my question is would you class Friday pm as the start of the weekend?? Sorry for the long post xx
