Anonymous please..
It’s not baby related just need some advice.
Basically i was working for a company for 9 months but 6 months of that I was signed off sick.. I left December just gone which I was still signed off when i left. Got told id get my holiday pay. Long story short got a email stating they’re not paying my holiday pay because of the days I had off sick in November/December. Can they do this or am I entitled to my holiday pay and sick pay because I was covered by a doctor.
