Anonymous post please ..Help please 😰 … my little girl is nearly 5 months old; she wakes at 4am for a feed but won’t go back down after … i wind her, change her if nappy is full and I keep the room dark, don’t talk to her etc everything that I’ve been told to do. I’ve tried leaving her to stir but she becomes hysterical. I don’t want her in my bed. But because she’s up so early and only catnapping on me or when we are out through the day, she is wanting to go to bed at 6 or half past. I’m so so tired and dad works away 😭
