Hi
I am a first time mum with an 11.5 month old. I am due to return to work 2 days a week soon. I am leaving my child with my mum who has always been good with her, except for one thing. My husband and I have decided it’s best not to give sugar or soft drink and my mum always insists on giving her “just a little bit”
I am so annoyed because at a Christmas dinner today, she gave my baby soft drink. Tonight my baby was screaming in pain from the wind at 1 in the morning.
My mum gets annoyed when I ask her not to do something or in her eyes “tell her what to do”.
I feel it will be a big mistake leaving my baby with my mum. I don’t know what to do
