Anyone on here working for the council in the housing department on council tax? really need some help on something. We own a house that used to be a holiday home many many years ago as it was part of a caravan site. the caravan site them sold them on an we have bought one recently off previous owners again nothing to do with the caravan site (not on the actual caravan site land either it’s on a main road near it) there is a clause on the house that we can’t live in it 28 days out the year so we are meant to have a 50% deposit on council tax, but they are charging me full price. does this mean the clause no longer exists? the caravan park have all year round living now but they had to apply to the council for this and it did not include our house. my council are useless and I can not find any evidence that it even exists. circled is what I mean on the 50% discount! hope this makes sense
