It looks like milk spots to me. Most babies get this when they’re little. They’re harmless and go by themselves but if you’re ever worried talk to your HV or Dr xx
It looks like a milk rash to me…mine got that if their shirt got wet while they were eating…I put some diaper rash cream on and it cleared up
