Can i get a Pp please
Looking for advice from anyone who has got a child arrangement order before. How do you go about getting one? How long does it take and how much would it cost?
Basically im sick of my daughters dad (ex) and his family constantly changing arrangements to suit them better which leaves us in the crap. We do everything for their convenience. She should have set days but they get changed near enough every week becuase they have alternate plans or something better comes up. I work part time and my partner full time, everytime they change plans it leaves us without a day off and usually most affecting my partner on his only days off.
The biggest problem i have with them is they change the arrangements with my grandparents without even discussing anything with me… because theyre soft they say yes and i get told last! Hes even tried doing it on her birthday now as he knows weve made plans as a family for the whole day which he has known about for months.
Appatently im always the one in the wrong and in his own words he has a right to know.. which is my point exactly!
Oh and im sick of waisting 10 in fuel everytime he sees her bevause he doesnt drive and his parents shate a car so drop her off once in a blue moon. Yet again my grandparents are that soft they drop her off too when i say no!
Everybody thinks the sun shines out of his arse ☉ litterally -.- nobody listens to me and im her mother. Ive put up with this for 2 years now and habe had enough. I would love something put in writing which says he can only habe her on the 2 set agreed nights a week which cant be changed and if anything needs discussing/changing then someone is to speak to me about it instead of going behind my back.
Somebody please tell me i can do something about this, its making me and my partner stressed not to mention weve just bought our first house and im 13 weeks pregnant. When baby comes i dont want everything to get worse becuase trust me he will try!
