Can I get a PPP. As people I work with on this page.

Any parents do flexible working? I’ve 2 kids and my youngest is struggling with me working full time. I was thinking of maybe dropping a day and increasing my hours in the other days I’m in so I don’t drop any money. What days do you work? I’m trying to work this out so I can request it from my employer. Thanks
