can i get a ppp my son was 2 in june, he isnt talking, but his brother needed speech therapy so he is having his assessment next month for speech therapy. I have been told to mention a couple of things, he walks on his tiptoes and he walks along crossing his fingers over is other fingers if that makes sense, at his 2 year check he had major delay on everything. has anyone had this? i thought it was just his speech but they have me a bit worried now, tia
