Can i get another ppp hun?

Last thursday i had an operation due to ectopic pregnancy, i had my left tube removed. Can anyone tell me if theyve experienced pain this long later? Im not sure if this is normal or if its due to lack of rest, sleep etc? The pain is internal, not the scars. Iv tried getting through to gp to no avail. Tia x
