Can I have a bit of advice please, my sons dad is constantly going between me & another woman (his ex baby mum) whenever I finish it he goes back to her an when she finishes it he runs back to me (with lies obvs that he hasn’t and worms his way back in, well this time I’ve told him I’m not interested & he has a bee in his bonnet, he’s took our son to have him overnight & threatening to not bring him back and threatening me also and calling me names, he’s apparently bringing him back and dropping him to my friend because he don’t want to see me as he might hit me! Would you let him continue to have your son or get him to go through the courts? Also telling me I’m a bad mother for buying him aldi nappies (I tried them they wasn’t for us) but he hasn’t got a penny to buy him milk or dinner etc when he has him I have to pack it for him because he spend so 500 a month on weed, please note he does give me 150 a month for our son.
