can I have a pop xx

so don’t t really know what I’m asking here! just some helpful friendly advise I suppose xx
I have been getting a really sore right breast. haven’t banged it at all. it started at my nipple. but now it’s further up and I thought I could feel a lump. But now I think I have angered it as not my boob and nipple feel as if they are on fire and really sore and uncomfortable.

any ideas?
