Can i have a post please… any help would be great! My little girl is 1 and iv kind of dug myself a hole I’m struggling to get out of. How would I get her to fall asleep in her cot? Since being born she’s always fallen asleep on me or next to me and now if I put her in her cot awake she just screams, I have tried putting her in and hoping she will go to sleep but I feel so mean leaving her to cry and after 5/10 minutes I go get her because I can’t listen to her cry like she does. I want to get her into a good routine, she has always slept right through the night so that’s not an issue but it’s just the going to sleep it can be all different times of the evening some nights 7pm some nights 11pm but I feel she should be in a routine by now. Thanks x
