can i have a post please. Has anyone got any advice on constipated babies my little one is 3 weeks old hes first few poos was fine but now hes had hard clay poos every few days for 2 and a half weeks. iv been to the doctors got lactalous which hes taken for a few days now there not softened my doctor told me to change hes milk as hes body must not agree with the protein thas in aptamil he said try to swap it as different milks have different protein in but i spoke to my health visitor who didnt sound like she had a clue what to do she adviced to on getting the ready made milks for 24 hours it should make him go and boiled water 2 times a day thats not worked. so now i dont no what to do shall i change hes milk completely? or someone suggested aptamil colic and constipation milk? but surely if it is the aptamil that one will do the same?

Honestly aptamil is the worst milk .. in my opinion it’s way to harsh on there belly. I had that issue and I use karicare now it does wonders .. change the milk and see how that goes it will take a couple of weeks to adjust to the new milk also ..
