Can i have a post please hun

Just need a rant feel quite annoyed.. its about partner and money
Its a long one sorry

Before i start my partner a good dad and wonderful partner to me hes works im a stay at home mum for now until my son has longer hours at school but anyway the reason for this post is.. depending what i spend as some things don’t bother my partner but i been saving to do my son room and my partner knows this as i cant have him in our bed no more hes 3 and reason why hes in our bed is because hes room has bad damp hes previous bed was full of mold and damp ( i never saw this until i brought new sheets and covers ) this happened over a year ago he had no room since we moved in ( june 2015 ) council have done f*** all so my partner plaster all his wall ( hes a plasterer) and repainted it.. at the moment he brought this special wallpaper to keep back the damp but today i was half way purchasing my son wardobe and other stuff to go with his wardobe then the website messed up and took the money but not received my order but im getting a refund within few working days i told my partner as was having a rant about it as im looking forward for his room to be finished then my partner told me not to bother as he dont see the point even other furntiure he keeps telling me no i tried decorating my front room and hes told me no but i did it anyway same for my son room im going to do it anyway but im getting so f***ed off its okay if its going to him for his car or other s*** ( we both give each other money if we need help ) but anything i want to buy for our flat he keeps telling me what to do i want to have a nice home but all he keeps saying ” ohh its going to get ruined ” because of the damp etc.. same excuse he said for the wardobe.. i understand the effects damp can do but we have everything in tht room to try and control it i dnt want this to stop my son having a room hes also getting a new bed in a couple of days i just had enough of getting told what to spend on its for our son.. sorry for long post just needed a rant and any other advice on the damp etc… thank you
