Can i have a post please I am wanting to get my daughter a passport her father is on birth certificate and she has his second name she turned 6 in July and next month it will be 6 years since we have had any contact from him as far as I have been told he has moved away. Is there anyway I can get her passport as my second name ? She thinks her name is the same as me as has been known as it for past 4 years at school and nursery and she is able to read so will be very confusing. Anyone been in this situation ? Thanks
