Can I have a post please?

I got the implant in July and started having periods every two weeks but my last period started on 5th September and I haven’t had one since. Also I fell pregnant with my first whilst on the microgynon pill and my second when I was on the evra patch. Would you take a test or think myself lucky?! I’m mega scared xx
