Can I have a post please I need advice asap. Anonymous please.

I split with my husband in the summer because he was having an affair. Since then things have been pretty quiet up until this week. He thought he could worm his way in with Xmas coming up but I’ve told him no. He’s now getting really nasty saying he’ll make sure I’m left with nothing, he’ll make sure my mum n dad are left with nothing and he’ll make sure I’m hurting like he is. I’m terrified!! I’m not sleeping I’m shaking every time there’s a knock at the door or my phone goes. He says I’ve ruined his life and controlled him even though it’s the other way around. He were involved in drugs and got into trouble and knows a lot of people. Because of something he did social services did an assessment on me, they were more than happy with my parenting and left it at that. I really want to go to the police and get some sort of order so he can’t contact me but I know he won’t stick to it, if he can’t get to me he’ll hurt my family, and I’m terrified of social services getting involved again. I know eventually I’m gonna have to move to get away from him. I really can’t see a way out of this and I’m a mess. Has anyone got any advice at all please?
I just know eventually he’ll either hurt me or cause some sort of damage to my house or car which I need for work, school etc. Il never take him back I’ve proved that over last 5/6 months so that’s not an issue, my children deserve better! What do I do 😢
