Can I have a post please.
I split from my sons dad nearly 4 years ago it was a violent relationship he was violent to me and my son. Do I have the rights to change my sons last name without his dads consent? I want to change it for my sons safety more than anything as I don’t want his dad trying schools etc to try and get at him. If so how do I go about doing this? X
