Can I have a post please. I think I have depression. I don’t want to go out at all even the 10 minute school run is a mission to do for me, I seem down all the time and my hair is so scruffy and knotty due to being tied up for weeks, I’m 6 months pregnant and I just feel so different and unmotivated, does this sound like depression? I don’t enjoy doing the things I used to do and I have no idea how to get out of it. No friends available and I just feel so crap.
