Can I have a post please. I was wondering if anyone else’s baby is terrified of the hover? She’s 10 months old. My hv told me when she was really little to make loads of noise and not shelter her from it….to prevent this. I did what she said, but it hasn’t worked!! She used to sleep through me hovering around her, but now I can’t put the hover on without her freaking out. She goes bright red, shakes, tears streaming, she’s screaming Maammaa, and will do anything to get to me. I’ve put her in the other room and I can hear her screaming, I’ve held her and she scratches my neck as she’s frantically trying to get higher up my body. It’s got to a point now where I genuinely dread hovering, I’ll put it off for as long as I can, which isn’t ideal now she’s crawling and walking around the furniture all day every day. What can I do to help her?
