Can I have a post please.

I’m at my wits end with my child’s father. I can’t seem to reason with him at all when it comes to access and I really need some advice. Our son is almost two and he’s been having him since he was 9 months old twice a week. Up until recently my son will not go with him, he runs and hides, screams and breaks his heart. We thought it was a phase but last Saturday he wouldn’t even let his dad touch him (dad was getting wound up and shouting in my face as apparently it’s all my fault), so dad left without seeing his child that weekend. He’s been off work all week and I’ve not heard a peep. He wanted to come get him today for the weekend so I said come down for an hour see what he’s like and if he’s ok you can take him, bearing in mind he’s had all week to come and see him at make sure he’s comfortable in time for the weekend. Now he’s accusing me of stopping him from seeing his son, calling me all the names you can think of and refusing to pay what he normally pays. His attitude is why should I pay for a child I don’t see even though he’s the one that hasn’t been to see how he is. What am I supposed to do? I’m at a loss on how to reason with him. Thanks
