Can I have a post please? I’m currently on maternity leave but I’m due back in September however i may be going from full time mon-fri to just a monday. What happens with the holidays I have accrued while on maternity leave? I get 20 days a year and 8 bank holidays when on my full time contract so if I go back part time I will have 26 days holidays to take (or at least a build up of hols from January to middle of september) will I still be entitled to these holidays? If so I’m wondering if I can just put holidays in till the end of the year. Any help is appreciated. I’m waiting on my boss getting back to me or I would ask him. Thanks
