Can I have a post please? I’m looking to report somebody for harassment however do you both have to appear in court to fight the case? I have proof ect but I’m just wondering as I wouldn’t want to even look at the person who I’d be reporting. The person is making me feel afraid to everybody who knocks on the door or to even be in my own home. I have done nothing wrong however I have high anxiety and post-natal depression and it’s making me even worse so please no negative comments as you don’t know the full story😒x
